We invite camp residents and all those in solidarity to join us for a communal dinner in front of the camp at Schlachthofstraße 3-5 (Harburg) with vegetarian and halal food (free or by donation - no one will be turned away).
On September 2, starting at 6 p.m., we invite camp residents and all those in solidarity to join us for a communal dinner in front of the camp at Schlachthofstraße 3-5 (Harburg)—with some special news: The camp is closing.
A place that for many was associated with exclusion and insecurity is closing down—and that’s definitely worth celebrating. Nevertheless, questions remain: What will happen to the residents? Are the alternative accommodations really better? And will the camp be reopened if deemed necessary?
Anyone who would like to discuss these issues, share their concerns, experiences, and demands, or who simply wants to enjoy a communal dinner is warmly invited.
